Marinated mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. chives
1 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp. tarragon
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation:
Clean and dry mushrooms.
Mix all ingredients together.
Let marinate in refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
Serve.
