Lentil with oil and lemon juice
Ingredients:
2 cups white lentils, washed
3 cloves garlic, crushed with a dash of salt
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation:
Boil lentils on medium heat for 20 minutes or until tender.
Stir in garlic, salt and lemon juice.
Serve in a platter.
Sprinkle some olive oil over.
Serve accompanied by spring onions.
