Mixed olives with green oregano
Ingredients:
1/2 kg, 16 oz, stoned pickled green olives (zayton akhdar makbous)
1/2 kg, 16 oz, stoned pickled black olives (zaytoun aswad makbous)
1 cup chopped green oregano
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients and place in a serving platter.
Sprinkle some olive oil on top.
