Shawarma sandwich
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons cooked hot Shawarma
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons roughly chopped tomato
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped pickled cucumber
6 green mint leaves
2 tablespoons tarator
1 small pita bread
Preparation:
Open a loaf of Arabic bread (pita).
Spread taratour over the inner side of the bread.
Spread Shawarma lengthwise, then sprinkle mint, parsley, tomatoes, onion and pickles over.
Roll loaf neatly and serve hot.
