Vegetable rolls
Ingredients:
8 filo pastries
1 cup grated carrots
3/4 cup grated onions
1 cup thin cabbage strips
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Spread filo pastries, cut each in half in order to get 16 peices.
Fry all ingredients in 1/4 cup of oil for 5 minutes over low heat. Stir.
Remove and put aside.
Put some vegetable mixture on the smooth side of each filo.
Fold sides and roll neatly.
Fry in hot oil over medium heat till golden brown.
Serve hot.
