Recipe ingredients
- 500 g, 16 oz, chopped chicken, skinless and boneless
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon salt, as desired
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon ground mixed 7 spices
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, as desired
- 2 eggs, beaten with a dash of white pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Recipe method
- Mix onion, parsley, garlic and chicken.
- Add salt, mixed spices and pepper.
- Process well in a food processor. Put aside.
- Add 1/4 quantity beaten eggs to mixture with 1/4 cup breadcrumbs.
- Knead into a firm mixture.
- Divide into finger shape pieces.
- Dip in eggs then breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry in hot oil till golden and tender.
- Remove with a slotted spoon.
- Serve hot with salads.
