Chicken kabab recipe

Recipe ingredients

  • 500 g, 16 oz, chopped chicken, skinless and boneless
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon salt, as desired
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground mixed 7 spices
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, as desired
  • 2 eggs, beaten with a dash of white pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Recipe method

  • Mix onion, parsley, garlic and chicken.
  • Add salt, mixed spices and pepper.
  • Process well in a food processor. Put aside.
  • Add 1/4 quantity beaten eggs to mixture with 1/4 cup breadcrumbs.
  • Knead into a firm mixture.
  • Divide into finger shape pieces.
  • Dip in eggs then breadcrumbs.
  • Deep fry in hot oil till golden and tender.
  • Remove with a slotted spoon.
  • Serve hot with salads.
