English muffin loaf recipe

Recipe ingredients

• 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 1/2 cups bread flour
• 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 3 tablespoons powdered milk
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 package active dry yeast or 1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Recipe method

• Place all in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer.
• Process on the Basic Wheat cycle, Light crust setting.
