Pizza dough recipe

Recipe ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 1/2 cups bread flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Recipe method

• Place all ingredients in bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
• Select the dough cycle and start machine.
• When the dough has finished rising, remove and make pizza.
