Chinese mustard
Ingredients:
1/4 cup boiling water
1/4 cup dry english mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons salad oil
Preparation:
Stir boiling water into dry english mustard.
Add salt and salad oil.
For yellower color, add a little turmeric.
