Spicy soy dipping sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable stock
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine or dry sherry
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar or honey
1 teaspoon hot oil
Preparation:
Combine the ingredients in a small boil.
Stir to dissolve the sugar, then cover and refrigerate until serving.
