Spinach squash crockpot soup recipe

Recipe ingredients

• 1 package frozen spinach
• 1 small yellow squash, diced
• 1/2 small onion, minced
• 2 carrots, diced
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 6 ounce can v8 juice
• 1/2 cup navy beans
• 4 cups water
• 1 teaspoon salt

• Place all in the crock and let it cook on high all day.
