Irish cream ice cream
Ingredients:
1 quart half-and-half
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup irish cream liqueur
3 eggs
Milk
Preparation:
Blend together all ingredients, using enough milk to bring the mixture to one-half gallon.
Freeze in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer directions.
Serve with fresh strawberries and brownies.
