Cheesecake sherbet recipe

Recipe ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Recipe method

  • Mix all ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour into 1-quart ice-cream freezer.
  • Freeze according to manufacturer directions.
