  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 large box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flavoring
  • Enough milk to fill a 1-gallon freezer

Recipe method

  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Freeze as per ice cream maker instructions.
