Marinara sauce
Ingredients:
2 cans of italian plum tomatoes
2 small cans of sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 cup fresh basil
1 tbl. parsley
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Heat olive oil in sauce pan.
Add garlic and chopped onion and saute until onions are transluscent.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
Cook slowly for 45 minutes to an hour.
