Nacho dip
Ingredients:
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoon margarine
1 pound velveeta, cubed
8 ounce salsa
2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Preparation:
Saute onions in margarine. Reduce heat to low.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir until process cheese spread is melted.
Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers, if desired.
