Rancho pasta

Ingredients:

1 pound angel hair pasta
Enchilada sauce, simmered until very thick
1/2 cup feta cheese, grated

Preparation:

Cook the pasta until it is al dente.
Top with sauce, then sprinkle on the cheese.
