Recipe ingredients
- 1 package jumbo pasta shells
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced dried onion
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 small bottle taco sauce, not salsa
Recipe method
- Boil shells per box instructions. Drain and cool.
- Brown ground beef in skillet with minced onion. Drain beef and add cream cheese. Mix until combined. Let beef and cream cheese mixture cool.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Stuff shells with large spoonful of meat mixture. Place in baking pan seam-side up.
- Once shells are filled, pour jar of taco sauce over shells.
- Top with cheese and place in oven until cheese is melted and shells are heated through, about 20 minutes.
