Oysters galore
Ingredients:
2 dozen fresh oysters
1 (3 1/2 ounce) can French-fried onions
1/4 cup light cream
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
Preparation:
Drain oysters. Spread 3/4 cup onions in a greased baking dish. Cover with oysters.
Combine remaining onions and cheese.
Pour cream over the top.
Sprinkle onions and cheese over the top. Dot with butter.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
