Steamed clams
Ingredients:
Steamer clams
Boiling water
Butter
Preparation:
Scrub shells of steamer clams to remove all sand.
Place flat in a kettle, add 1/2 cup boiling water.
Cover and steam over low heat until shells are partly open, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Discard any clams that have not opened.
Serve with melted butter.
