Oysters galore recipe

Recipe ingredients

  • 2 dozen fresh oysters
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) can French-fried onions
  • 1/4 cup light cream
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe method

  • Drain oysters. Spread 3/4 cup onions in a greased baking dish. Cover with oysters.
  • Combine remaining onions and cheese.
  • Pour cream over the top.
  • Sprinkle onions and cheese over the top. Dot with butter.
  • Bake at 450 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
