Southern style pecan fudge
Ingredients:
1 lb. confectioner sugar
6 teaspoon butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation:
In a medium saucepan, heat sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla and salt over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Stir in nuts. Spread mixture quickly in buttered 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Cool. Cut into squares.
