Southern style pecan fudge recipe

Recipe ingredients

• 1 lb. confectioner sugar
• 6 teaspoon butter
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Recipe method

• In a medium saucepan, heat sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla and salt over low heat, stirring until smooth.
• Stir in nuts. Spread mixture quickly in buttered 9 x 5 loaf pan.
• Cool. Cut into squares.
