Caramel Banana fry is a very simple dish and it can make within minutes. This is quick and easy banana dessert made with sweet, coconut and bananas. This delicious snack/dish made with ripe bananas, coconut, and sugar. Its an excellent healthy evening snack for your kids, also for adults.

Ingredients

  • Ripe banana sliced - 3 nos
  • Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 4 Tablespoon
  • Ghee - 4 Tablespoon
  • Cardamon Powder - A Small Pinch

Directions

  • 1Cut the bananas into small pieces.
  • 2Mix grated coconut, Cardamon Powder and Sugar in a bowl. Keep aside.
  • 3Heat ghee in a pan on low-medium flame.
  • 4Then add sliced banana pieces and saut√© it well for one or two minutes until the banana pieces become light brown.
  • 5Add mixture of grated coconut, Cardamon Powder and Sugar, mix well.
  • 6Cook it on low flame for 2-3 mins till coconut gets fried and sugar melted.
  • 7Transfer banana coconut fry into a bowl and serve hot. Enjoy!!
