  • Egg - 3
  • Onion - 1 Medium(Chopped)
  • Green Chilly - 3 Nos(Chopped)
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Coriander Powder - a pinch
  • Pepper Powder - 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Curry Leaves - 10(chopped)
  • Cooking Oil - 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt - As required


  • 1Beat eggs well with a fork in a mixing bowl.
  • 2Mix all the ingredients together with egg except oil(Coriander Powder is optional).
  • 3Heat oil in a pan and the egg bhurji mixture. Stir continuously until the egg bhurji  is ready(2-3 mins).
  • 4Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with rice or chapati.
