Vanpayar thoran is my favorite dish from my childhood. We can make thoran or curry using Vanpayar. Vanpayar thoran is a tasty dish and its mixed with coconut, green chillies and curry leaves. You should soak the Vanpayar full night before cooking the Payaru Thoran or Vanpayar Curry. After that, you can pressure cook the vanpayar along with water and chillies.
Vanpayar thoran is packed with nutrients, fiber, iron, proteins, vitamins and contains many antioxidant properties. With high Magnesium levels, it is great for controlling diabetics. The anti-oxidation property also promises to curb the cancerous cells within the body. As it is low in calories, it helps in weight loss. Payar thoran is the tasty dish for me.
